Children and Adolescents
My role as a therapist working with young people is to build trust, to understand them, hear them as they are, help them adapt to current situations and circumstances in their lives that they can't change whilst empowering them to identify what they can change. Life is incredibly busy and there is no shame in accessing additional support if your child is struggling or if you are struggling with your child. There are times when having an objective ear can help children and parents navigate their way through lifes challenges.
